BEST APPRENTICE CERTIFICATE

Eligibility

The nominee must be enrolled on an advanced or modern engineering apprenticeship scheme and based in the United Kingdom.

Award conditions

• The award is made each academic year on the recommendation of the college tutor or training provider.
• The certificate is for the ‘Best Apprentice’ on any year of an approved IMechE advanced or modern engineering apprenticeship scheme.
• One certificate is available for each approved scheme.

Award criteria

• Nominees must be able to demonstrate high achievement in practical and/or academic skills.
• Charity or voluntary work, especially any related to engineering and encouraging young people into engineering will also be taken into consideration.

Closing date: 30 September 2023.
