J F Alcock Memorial Prize

Awarded annually for a paper to be published by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers or a contribution, which concentrates on technical innovation in the railway traction field.

Eligibility

• Open to members and non-members of the Institution, worldwide.

Award conditions

The Prize judging committee comprises:

• Chair, Railway Industry Association of Great Britain
• Chair, Technical Committee, Railway Division, IMechE
• Two other members of the Technical Committee, Railway Division.
