There will be tea, coffee and refreshments provided throughout the day. For lunch, please visit Melton Mowbray town, 12 minute drive from Stapleford Miniature Railway or bring lunch provisions with you.
Please report to the station building upon arrival.
The weather might be cold and wet. Please dress accordingly. Wear suitable footwear.

Postcode for satnavs is LE14 2SF. The closest train station to the venue is Melton Mowbray which is around 5 miles from Stapleford. A taxi to Stapleford from Melton Mowbray will take around 15 minutes and cost about £10 - £15. Please note there is also Stapleford in Nottinghamshire.
• Down Stapleford Lane towards Stapleford Hall off the B676 Melton to Saxby Road.
• Continue over the railway bridge and carry on into a single carriageway with passing places.
• Continue over the humpback bridge and past the old farmhouses on your left. The main entrance to the field is the double gates on the left-hand side. There will be a sign post on Stapleford Lane opposite the field entrance - 'IMECHE'.
