Here you will find information about the campsite for Formula Student 2024, which returns to the Whittlebury Park campsite, and how to book your team's campsite.

Campsite Booking process

The process for booking your team's campsite is as follows:

1. Download a copy of the Campsite Booking form.
2. Complete the form with all your requirements.
3. On the form, nominate one member of your team as the dedicated campsite contact for your team, as all confirmations, details etc will be sent to them.
4. Email your completed booking form to eventenquiries@imeche.org.
5. Please send only one booking form per team, please.
6. A member of the Events team will call the nominated person to take their payment details over the phone.
