Having started his IMechE career as an AV (Audio Visual) assistant in 2012, Darius took the opportunity to take up a secondment as an AV and Digital Support Engineer.

Jacob Wilshaw 

Jacob completed his Advanced Apprenticeship at Siemens. Always interested in aircraft and motor sport, he found that an apprenticeship, with practical learning, suited him over the traditional university route. Jacob was awarded the Institution's Apprentice of the Year 2016.

Joseph Wilson

As a qualified apprentice, Joseph is currently involved with machine modifications and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), work which has contributed towards his NVQ studies.
