Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv)

If you're a chartered member of the Institution, you can now apply for registration as a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and gain recognition for your skills in, and commitment to, sustainable environmental management and development. 

Chartered Environmentalists are not drawn from one profession, they work across industry, government, education and the public sector. They share a commitment to environmental best practice and high levels of expertise in their field.

Eur Ing

Eur Ing applications can be made directly by candidates via an online application tool on the Engineers Europe website.

IntPE

The International Register of Professional Engineers is open to CEng members who have at least seven years' post-graduate experience, have spent at least two years in responsible charge of significant engineering works and can maintain relevant CPD at a satisfactory level.

IntET

The International Engineering Technologist Register is open to IEng Members who have at least seven years' post-graduate experience, have two years in responsible charge of engineering work and can maintain relevant CPD at a satisfactory level.

IntETn(UK)

The IntETn(UK) qualification is open to Engineering Technicians who are registered with the Engineering Council and who meet the following requirements:

  • An approved qualification or apprenticeship recognised under the Dublin Accord, or equivalent qualification
  • The competence for independent practise as an engineering technician as exemplified by the International Engineering Alliance competency profile
  • At least one year experience of engineering work after completing the educational base
  • Maintaining continuing professional development
