TRUSTEE BOARD

a) The total number of votes cast was 6,732 being 10.2% of the eligible Corporate and Associate Members. The number of votes cast by post was 3,234 and online was 3,498.

b)  The total number of votes found to be invalid were:

• 165 for the President-Elect panel
• 193 for the Vice-President panel
• 200 for the Ordinary Members of the Trustee Board panel.

c)  The names of the successful candidates are:

• President: FLINN, Peter (Elected unopposed)
• President-Elect: PEEL, Eur Ing Philip John
• Vice-President: HARTILL, Giles Simeon
• Ordinary Member: EICKHOFF, Bridget

• 351 for the Ordinary Members of Council – Fellows panel.
