As an Institution member, if you own a property in the UK we may be able to offer you an interest-free lifetime loan for house adaptations or repairs (secured on your property).

Typical loans could be to provide a stairlift or to convert a bathroom for use by a disabled person. Loans may also be considered for ramps, grab rails and widening doorways to accommodate a wheelchair. No repayment is required until you sell the property.
