Having built her career in HR and Learning & Development over the last 12 years, Zoe has coached and mentored many talented individuals and helped to support their career growth through formal and informal coaching. With years of organisational coaching practice, then later having completed an Executive Coaching & Mentoring qualification, she is a confident and inspiring coach and facilitator, whose goal is to bring out the full potential of each coachee. Now running her own business, she supports small to medium businesses with learning programmes and executive coaching.
As an experienced executive coach and mentor, Zoe brings a wealth of knowledge, tools, resources and approaches that support the growth of each individual. Specialising in career coaching and helping people to reach beyond where they think is possible, Zoe pinpoints the blocks in each coachee and use behavioural change techniques to help them move past them, to reach their full potential. Having coached across a multitude of industries, Zoe adapts her style to each coachee’s needs to support them in achieving their goals.
As an advocate for personalised learning interventions, Zoe believes it's key to support each individual in a way that works for them. Finding ways of unlocking unrealised talent is what Zoe thrives on and seeing each individual tap into their unconscious thinking, grow and progress through their career is the reason she loves being a coach and mentor.
What to expect
It is important for each coaching relationship to be built around a strong, trusting relationship, therefore it is Zoe’s role as the coach to help to manage this and to facilitate the thinking of the coachee to enable them to tap into previously ‘unknown’ thinking. She does this by;
- Recognising unconscious behaviour and bringing that to the attention of each individual
- Giving the coachee time to reflect on patterns within their language/behaviour
- Using expert questioning techniques to help each individual
- Allowing each coachee the space to think about each discussion topic
