Summary

Understand AI principles and how you can apply AI to solve complex engineering problems.

With the introduction of AI large language models such as ChatGPT, companies are now looking into boosting their productivity and lowering costs by building and utilising their own AI tools.

In such a fast-moving and complex field, engineers face the challenge of understanding the AI landscape within engineering applications, ethical considerations, AI project scoping, and the identification of AI use cases in engineering workflows.

This course will tackle this challenge by introducing a big picture map of the field and by providing an intuitive understanding of how AI works.

By the end of the course, you will feel confident in how to start scoping, planning, and considering AI tools within your workplace to increase productivity and decrease repetitive tasks.
