Booking your coaching sessions has never been easier. Having selected your coaching scenario and identified which coach you would like to work with, the next steps are simple.
- After you have made the payment, we will be in touch to better understand your challenges and requirements.
- We will then schedule your first coaching session. All instructions will be sent to you via email, including how to access our Learning Management System where you will have access to your coaching material.
Through conversations and the use of the coaching material you will take inventory of where you are now, next steps and formulate a personalised plan focused on your requirements and desired outcomes.
During this single session, you and your coach will explore one key issue in depth. You will have the opportunity to discuss various solutions, assess the impact that change might bring and decide on a course of action. You will then put a plan in place to achieve it. This is extremely valuable for those who have a pressing challenge and would benefit from a new perspective or conversation with someone experienced and qualified, who can support impartially.
Should you wish to subsequently purchase a coaching package, the cost of this first session will be deducted from the total cost of the selected package.
