• The tools to assess the impacts of change, to identify and address resistance to change
• An understanding of the importance of sustaining change and how to embed a change initiative as an ongoing process
• A solid complement to process-driven methods like PRINCE2® and MSP®

Exam format

• Multiple choice
• Four sections, total of 50 questions
• 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) – 50%
• 40 minutes duration
• Closed-book The Foundation certification is also a prerequisite for the Practitioner certification
