The Finance Board was set up in October 2019 as a result of the recommendations from the Finance and Governance Review Committees. The overall purpose of the board is to assist the Trustee Board in its duty to supervise the broad direction of the Institution’s financial affairs. The PEP Ltd Board is a sub-committee of the board and reports back on its activities at every Finance Board meeting. The board meets generally 8 to 10 times per year to discuss the financial activities of the Institution. A report on its activities is provided after every meeting to the Trustee Board.
