I have been working with the Institution for over 15 years. My main responsibilities are providing support to our Members, Fellows and applicants; along with our volunteering communities. I am in some instances the first point of contact with the Institution that people will have and hope that is a positive experience.
The most rewarding part of my job is helping and supporting people to achieve their goals. I get to engage with a wide section of the engineering community, and I enjoy finding out what is going on.
During my time at the Institution, I have grown my role from part-time administrator to full-time co-ordinator. I am enjoying exploring how digital tools can support us with our aims and objectives.
