Based in Yorkshire, Lauren joined the IMechE in July 2022, initially on a temporary contract then was made a full-time member of the EPA team in November 2022 in the role of EPA Coordinator- finance.
Lauren’s role involves supporting the team in the assessment process, being a link with the employers and training providers to ensure assessments are timely and results and certifications are processed. In addition to the day-to-day assessments, Lauren also supports the Senior EPA Manager, Kerry, with the financial tasks of EPA such as invoicing and organising new accounts.
Prior to the IMechE, Lauren was at college studying full-time in beauty therapy but decided to take her career in a different direction. Lauren spends her spare time enjoying time with friends and family, she owns 5 horses and regularly competes in show jumping events.
