Leanne Pollard

End-Point Assessment Coordinator

Leanne is a seasoned professional in the field of apprenticeships, currently serving as the End-Point Assessment Coordinator for the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.

Prior to joining the IMechE, Leanne held the same role at the British Computer Society, where she managed the end-point assessment process for a range of IT and digital apprenticeships. In both roles, Leanne has been instrumental in ensuring the quality and consistency of assessments, while also providing support and guidance to apprentices, assessors, and training providers.

In addition to her professional experience, Leanne is deeply passionate about education and apprenticeships. She believes that providing apprentices with high-quality, industry-relevant training and assessment is crucial for both individual career growth and the overall success of the industry.

Leanne has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in managing and coordinating end-point assessments and is always focused on the progressive development of her skills and knowledge.

In her free time she enjoys looking after her veg garden and spending time with her family and dogs.
