At Cadent, we see the value in professional development and actively encourage our people to expand their skills and knowledge throughout their careers.

Our active mentoring community of Chartered Engineers invest their experience and time to support developing engineers on their road to professional accreditation. I believe this is especially important at the early stages of an engineering career, as engineering is an industry with rapidly advancing technology which can be used to creatively problem-solve some of the most pressing problems, like climate change.
