What we do

As the Aerospace Division Young Members Committee, we are dedicated to working alongside the Aerospace Division Board to inspire and develop future aerospace engineers, ensuring innovation and excellence in the skies for years to come.

Some of our activities Include:

• Supporting strategies and activities to inspire young people about engineering, specifically, but not limited to the aerospace industry
• Representing the interests of young Aerospace Division Members including the Institution’s UAS Challenge Steering Committee, and any other Boards
• Supporting and guiding the activities of Young Members of the Division
• Encouraging Young Members to apply for grants and bursaries provided by the Institution to support their attendance or participation at technical tours, conferences and other events
• Co-ordinating schools and university liaison efforts for the Division
• Liaising with the Division’s Technical Activity Committees AMSTAC, CPTAC and AIRTAC
