What We Do

In an aging industry which is increasingly facing an engineering skills gap, it is vital to encourage and foster the next generation of talented engineers for tomorrow’s railway.

Supporting the Railway Division Board in promoting and inspiring future engineers, we are the Railway Division Young Members Committee.

Buddying

To provide an independent source of advice and a one-stop shop for any questions about rail engineering we are working on a buddy system to help fellow young engineers. This is targeted to go live soon!

Young Rail Tours

We engaged in a joint venture with Young Rail Professionals, this initiative provides discounted tours to both national and international destinations. These have included London, Cardiff, Munich, Amsterdam and Japan.
