This week the Institution’s comments on the approval of new HS2 routes were covered in a number of high-profile news outlets including the BBC News. There was also a variety of media coverage for events such as the Institution taking the Bloodhound SuperSonic car to a girls school in Kent and an agreement signed between the Institution and the Oman Society for Petroleum Services to develop engineering skills.

Article which refers to two stakeholder public talks held in London and Aberdeen, in partnership with the IMechE, to present the decommissioning recommendations for the Brent Field Decommissioning Programme.
