IMechE Malaysia, IChemE Malaysia and IET Malaysia participate in ITEX 2022

The Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) Malaysia Branch together with The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Malaysia and The Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) Malaysia participated as exhibitors in the International Invention, Innovation and Technology Exhibition, Malaysia (ITEX) 2022.

The exhibition was held in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) from 26 to 27 May 2022. This was another collaboration effort between the United Kingdom Professional Engineering Institutions (UK PEIs) in Malaysia to promote UK PEIs membership and Chartered Engineer registrations.

ITEX is an international exhibition and conference event, well attended by inventors, investors, venture capitalists, manufacturers, entrepreneurs and distributors in the science and technology industry. It is a platform for inventors to show case their inventions and new innovative products to potential investors.

IMechE Malaysia and IET Malaysia were represented by Mr. Zen Teng and Ir. Amir Farid respectively, while IChemE Malaysia was attended by Miss Norazerina Md Rejab and Miss Dharshani Naidu.

Participation in the ITEX enabled IMechE Malaysia to build awareness about the work and profile of the Institution to a different profile of audiences.
