IMechE Malaysia Presents Students Awards at University of Nottingham Malaysia

University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM) invited The Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) Malaysia Branch to join the Faculty of Science and Engineering (FOSE) Awards Ceremony on 24 July 2022, held at Bangi Avenue Convention Centre (BACC) in Kuala Lumpur.

Through the coordination and submission by the IMechE Malaysia committee members, UNM managed to secure several student awards from IMechE UK. 

The awards winners from UNM are listed as follows:

• Eng Jing Hao (MEng in Mechanical Engineering) - Frederic Barnes Waldron ‘Best Student' Award
• Tan Zhi Liang (MEng in Mechanical Engineering) - IMechE Project Award
• Nittikorn Chian-Promchan (BEng in Mechanical Engineering) - IMechE Best Project Certificate (BEng)
• Tan Hong Ann (MEng in Mechanical Engineering) - IMechE Best Project Certificate (MEng)
• Nittikorn Chian-Promchan (BEng in Mechanical Engineering) - IMechE Best Student Certificate (Second Year of study)
• Tee Zhen Hong (MEng in Mechanical Engineering) - IMechE Best Student Certificate (Third Year of study)

Ir. Dr. Aidil Chee Tahir, the Chair of IMechE Malaysia attended the ceremony and presented the IMechE awards to the respective winners.
