For a commercial scale plant, what percentage of the power used would be returned as useful output?

How extraordinary that you try to enlighten us about Cold Storage for Power without giving us a single number!

For a commercial scale plant, what percentage of the power used would be returned as useful output? Given that the plant might operate just one or two input and output cycles per day, what is the full plant cost per MWh of output and how does that compare with the full plant and fuel cost per MWh of a combined cycle gas turbine generating plant? How much more can each MWh be sold for at the daily peak demand than it can be bought for at the time(s) of day when demand is lowest. Without these we don't have a clue as to the viability of the concept.
