Lap Time Simulation Event Getting Started Guide

This document outlines the steps involved to register your team and download the required files to compete in the Lap Time Simulation Event.

1. Make sure your team is registered to compete within Concept Class of the Formula Student competition.
2. Register your team to receive 2 free CarMaker licenses
3. Download the LTS project files
4. Read the documentation within the doc folder included with the LTS project folder.
5. Create an IPG Webtools account which can be used to log in to both the NGD and VPM.
6. Access NGD and VPM using the links:
   • NGD Manager (ipg-automotive.uk)
   • VP Manager (ipg-automotive.uk)

The deadline for submission of the finalised vehicle model is midnight 18^th July 2021.
