Their programme’s mission is to empower you to grow and take ownership for your continuous professional development.

They offer a 2 Year Graduate Development Programme, commencing in September 2022, with the opportunity to join a host department in one of the following areas:

  • Design – Learn how to design anything from a cooling system to a complex e-Machine from experienced engineers using state of the art hardware and 3D CAD packages.  Laying out initial concepts through to detailed designs for production.
  • Analysis – Use state of the art hardware and software to complete virtual evaluations of powertrain, system or component performance. Supporting the design team to optimise designs to meet thermodynamic or structural performance, providing insight before the designs leave the virtual world and become reality.
  • Development and validation – Derive specifications for complete powertrains or individual systems and components.  Complete complex test programmes on in-house designed and customer products, evaluating system performance and suggesting improvements to meet product attribute targets.
  • Calibration – Learn how to develop and test world class vehicle calibrations to, not only meet regulatory requirements but also enhance the character and driving experience of ICE, Hybrid and BEV vehicles.
  • Controls and software – Immerse yourself in the world of programming, working with our agile teams to create new software based on our in-house flexible controls platform.
  • Build and test – Gain experience and look behind the scenes of our multi-million pound test facility in Northampton that enables our engineers to test vehicles and powertrains at extremes of performance, temperature and altitude.
