MAHLE Powertrain sees the importance of Formula Student in developing new engineering talent. In line with this we are increasing our involvement in Formula Student and attended the Learn to Win 2019.

It was a great experience for our HR representatives to engage with students, academics and the members of our sponsored teams. The event was a huge success where we received high interest for our graduate and undergraduate career opportunities.

We at MAHLE Powertrain are currently searching for passionate future engineers who help us boost our diverse range of skills and who contribute to the implementation of our Dual Strategy, which is the further optimisation of internal combustion engines and, at the same time, pushing ahead with the development of technologies to support electromobility.

Graduate Programme:

• A 2 Year Graduate Development Programme, commencing in September 2019
• Live project experience, assignments and numerous departmental rotations
• Exposure to a selection of engineering disciplines such as design, predictive analysis, performance development, electrification, hybridisation, Real Driving Emissions (RDE) development, controls and software, instrumentation, testing facilities development and automated testing
• Extensive interpersonal and business skills training, diverse learning experiences
• Opportunity to become a STEM Ambassador
• Mentoring and coaching from our experienced engineers and leaders
• Ongoing progression reviews to support your development
• MAHLE Group head office visit in Germany and various site visits in the UK
