Notice of Annual Meeting: 22 May 2025

The Annual Meeting of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers will be held in the Lecture Theatre at One Birdcage Walk on Thursday 22 May 2025 (12:00hrs BST). IMechE members may attend in person or online.

Annual Meeting at 12:00hrs (BST)

The Annual Meeting of the Institution will be held for the purpose of transacting the following business:

1. The announcement of the results of the Trustee Board and Council Elections.

Only Corporate Members and Associate Members of the Institution are entitled to participate in the business of the Annual Meeting. Other members may attend as observers but are not entitled to be heard or to vote (By-Law 38).

Note: At the conclusion of business, the Annual Meeting will be adjourned to September (date tbc) when the Trustees’ Report and Annual accounts for the y/e 31 December 2024 will be presented along with the appointment/reappointment of the auditors.
