Notice of Ordinary Meeting 5 March 2024: Nominations for Election to the Trustee Board and Council

An Ordinary Meeting of the Institution will be held on Tuesday 5 March 2024 (13:00hrs GMT) online (meeting link here) to present the names of candidates standing for election to the Trustee Board and to note the candidates standing for election to the Council. This short meeting will be recorded, and members will also be able to access this electronically after the meeting.

CANDIDATES STANDING FOR ELECTION TO THE TRUSTEE BOARD

Nomination Committee nominations

In accordance with By-law 61.1 the list of candidates nominated by the Nominations Committee is as follows:

Corporate Member nominations

In accordance with By-law 61.2 any professionally active Corporate Member shall be entitled to add to the list a candidate or candidates eligible for election. Each nomination must be signed by them and at least 11 other Corporate Members as nominators, together with the written consent of the nominee.

CANDIDATES STANDING FOR ELECTION TO THE COUNCIL

Any Corporate Member can stand for election and may nominate one other Corporate Member for election. Every nomination must be accompanied by a completed candidate’s form, which must be signed by the nominee and two other Corporate Members.
