PE
I am inclined to agree with the article in PE that questions whether Torotrak can ever deliver on its supposed potential
When Dick Elsey joined Torotrak in 2003 the share price may well have been the 12p you cite.
For those of us who bought shares some 3 years earlier in late 2000, the shares were standing at around 440p, a very elevated price on the basis of a supposed imminent deal with a leading Japanese vehicle manufacturer.
I find it very hard to think that the shares will ever attain those heights again and am inclined to agree with the closing comments of the article in PE (October 2012) that questions whether Torotrak can ever deliver on its supposed potential.
It appears to be a case of... 'tomorrow, tomorrow'...with rather too many optimistic predictions and too little by way of market place deliverables.
However, I should like to be proved wrong for a number of reasons: if only to get my money back for one!
