Coaching approach
Good coaching conversations are a structured opportunity with a skilled listener who can help you do your best thinking. If you ever find you are struggling to make a decision, can’t seem to make time to focus on planning your own development, or find there is a challenge or a relationship at work that is on your mind then working with a coach can help.
As your coach, Anna will work with you to help you clear a path through uncertainty and competing demands, identify goals and action plans, be kind to yourself and accelerate your thinking. Anna uses effective listening and questioning, and a variety of coaching tools and techniques tailored to your context and preferences, to support your work together. She really enjoys seeing coachees leave a session feeling more in control, with batteries recharged and clear on next steps.
What to expect
Confidential coaching sessions that provide supportive time and space to work through your challenges, using thought-provoking questions and exercises to generate insights, actions and solutions, and review progress together.
Coaching clients are expected to be committed, focussed and engaged throughout the process, open to new ways of looking at things and to protect time for coaching sessions and subsequent action planning. Anna’s role is to facilitate the process and provide both support and challenges to help you bring your best thinking. You can expect Anna to believe in your ability to overcome your obstacles, to respect you and your ideas, to help you question your assumptions and be committed to your success.
Experience
Anna has worked with coaching clients on a range of management, personal and career challenges, including prioritisation and planning, managing team performance, difficult relationships, work life balance, realising career ambitions, and having confidence and success in new roles.
Coaching style
