Progressing to Certification
After attending the Yellow Belt Programme, you can choose to achieve the Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, which would require you to:
- Successfully complete a work-based project
- Deliver a Return on Investment presentation to a panel made up of key sponsors and the training team
- Pass the project assessment done by the Institute of Six Sigma Professionals
