At IMechE, we believe engineering is for everyone. Our vision is to foster an inclusive culture where all members, employees, and the wider engineering community feel valued, develop a sense of belonging, and are empowered to thrive.

We are committed to embedding inclusion into every aspect of our Institution with support from the People and Culture team, our Culture and Inclusion Committee and our Culture Ambassador Network. We celebrate diversity amongst our members, employees and the wider engineering community to ensure we meet the needs of our global community, driving progress and innovation in engineering for the benefit of all.
