Being able to communicate, to make oneself understood by delivering messages that are interpreted the way they were intended, is as important in leadership and management as it is in life.

This webinar aims to build knowledge, skills and behaviours that will increase effectiveness whatever your current position in the organisation. 

We will examine the science behind communication, identify and offer mitigations to those barriers that sometimes prevent us from being as effective as we might like in this area and show how to adapt our preferred communication style to connect with others.

The preparation for and delivery of presentations provides a specific opportunity for putting many of our communication knowledge, skills, and behaviours into practice. We will show how to do this, using a proven framework, whilst also providing tips and techniques as to how to manage those nerves that sometimes come with communicating in this way and to larger audiences than perhaps, we are used to.

Opportunities for audience interaction are deliberately built into this webinar so attendees will have the chance to ask questions and share their own experiences with the topics covered.
