In the past, management theory stated that to increase productivity you need to reward more. While this works in certain circumstances, it is rather a simplistic approach to motivation. We have long understood that motivation is more complex however our organisations and processes are still mainly based on this idea of reward.

During this webinar we will explore the wider landscape of motivation beyond monetary rewards. To do so, we will revisit some of the traditional motivation theories and compare them to more recent thinking.

In conclusion we will identify actions that you can take (in addition to monetary rewards) to motivate and influence your team to achieve greater performance.
