This new Programme has been drawn from our long history of supporting developing engineers in order to provide a balanced offering between technical and non-technical skills, enabling your graduates to make a smooth transition into the workplace.

We know that engineering graduate programmes  provide an excellent opportunity to expand on university studies through learning and working simultaneously. They are generally expressed as 2 to 4-year programmes, where graduates can benefit from the insight and support of experienced engineers. These experienced engineers would have worked on innovative and sometimes world-changing projects, and their guidance can be essential in acclimatising to the world of work and becoming an experienced professional.

You will also learn about the training L&D – working alongside IMechE - can offer, in addition to programme administration, all of which are tailored to your specific requirements.

Who should attend?

  • Scheme Administrators, industry liaison officers and HR teams  who run graduate programmes for engineering organisations.
  • Graduates who are looking for a placement and would like a greater understanding of what to look for, and what they can expect.

How will I benefit?

  • Understand which four key areas can create an even more robust and compelling offering.
  • Discover how to integrate these into your programme.
  • Up-date your knowledge around Accreditation and Professional Registration.
